Pro-Tec The Lift Patellar Tendon Sleeve is the perfect combination of features that you need and want in Knee Support. The Pro-Tec The Lift Patellar Tendon Sleeve combines the benefits of a patellar tendon strap with the warmth and compression of a knee sleeve. This Patellar Tendon Sleeve helps to alleviate conditions related to tendonitis, chondromalacia, Osgood-Schlatter's Disease and Iliotibial Band Syndrome. Made from Neoprene, Elastic, Tubing, Cool Max ® mesh and Velcro ®, the elastic strap that fastens under the kneecap allows the user to control the amount of compression on the built-in kneecap support. Features a pull-up sleeve application with strap for support.
Correct sizing is important for your support product to work correctly, be sure and follow the measurement instructions carefully and if your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.
To select the appropriate size, find the top of your kneecap and measure the circumference of your knee just above that point, use that measurement to choose the corresponding Pro-Tec Lift ™ Patellar Tendon Sleeve.

Large - 16" to 18"
X-Large - 18" to 20"

Rubber Piece inside knee brace popped out of the stitching after a few uses, August 11, 2010

The brace was working well with the pain that I had in my lower knees after playing tennis or basketball but after the 3rd use, the piece of rubber/soft plastic inside the knee brace that supports the patella popped out of the stitching and started jabbing me in the knee. Unfortunately I believe I have to return the product for something else.
