I bought this to try to alleviate some pain I have in my right knee when I do my cardio work. I had been wearing a big knee brace stabilizer, but felt that was too much. This is much easier to wear, less noticeable, and is doing a better job with the pain I sometimes have after cardio workouts. I am glad I made this purchase...
