The brace helps a lot. I wear it slightly left of center. It helps me when I go hiking or backpacking, especially going down hill.
Someone should evaluate your shipping procedures. You are spending too much for shipping and taking too long. I think 11 days is a bit much. You could ship in a USPS Priority Small Flat Rate box for a lot less and have it in the customers hands in 2 days. Dave Holtz
