Simple knee compressions, iliotibial knee straps, or lightweight wraps are normally used as Grade I Mild Support Knee Braces. These knee braces can capture body heat, increase blood circulation, and can be used when you have knee arthritis, runner′s and jumper′s knee, mild knee strains, knee sprains, tendonitis, pre and post-operative knee inflammation, and other various knee disorders.  Healing usually occurs in two to three weeks unless there is a reinjury of your knee.
