Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap
Cho-Pat′s newly patented Dual Action Knee Strap provides an extra dimension of relief for painful and weakened knees. This knee brace features wrap around straps that make for an easy application to the injured area. The strap applies pressure upon the patellar tendon below the kneecap to stabilize and tighten the area, which helps improve patellar tracking and helps reduce patellar subluxation. It adds further strengthening to the tendons to reduce the forces of the quadriceps on the patella tendon and erosion of the undersurface of the kneecap due to a possible misalignment of the quadriceps (Q angle).
The design and construction of this knee wrap applies constant dynamic forces to the surrounding areas of the knee, reducing the likelihood of overuse syndromes. At the same time, the strap allows for full mobility while providing maximum benefits. This Knee Strap is constructed from neoprene with a nylon/polyester fabric cover.
If between sizes, you will want to choose the smaller size. This item will stretch with normal wear to provide a more comfortable fit.

I found this was hard to position correctly on the knee and still be tight enough to help. I found it very uncomfortable on the back of leg, behind the knee. No matter what I have tried so far works, but will continue to try and find the right combination.

This knee brace is very comfortable and does the job taking pressure of the knee. I would tell anyone whose knee feeling to much pressure when they walk or run to buy this brace. I used mine for knee stablization and it worked great.

I LIKE THIS PRODUCE IT SEEMS TO HOLD MY PATELLA IN PLACE, BUT ALSO USE ANOTHER BAND TO MALE SURE IT STABLE WHEN I AM WALKING. I REALLY DONT HAVE PAIN . THE THE BONE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE UNDER KNEE CAP SEEMS TO GIVE OUT WHILE I AM WALKING.
